Our Print Partner
Prints are produced and shipped by our print partner and are subject to their terms and conditions. Please
review prior to placing your order. When you place an order, you agree to and are bound by all *Terms of
Service. Our print partner uses color calibrated workflow. Due to the variety of monitors used to view images we
cannot guarantee that the color and density you view on your monitor will exactly match the final print.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS
We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range
from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges. Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.
Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.

- Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests for prints and originals.
Couriers require a physical address for delivery. Please do not use a P.O. Box.
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
International shipping and custom fees will be paid by the buyer.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available from the courier.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS ON ORIGINALS, PRINTS AND MERCHANDISE?
- We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.
Can I cancel my order?
All print sales are final. To cancel your order, we require that you contact us within one (1) hour of the order being placed. Production times vary with our print partner. Refunds cannot be issued if the order is outside of the one (1) hour period or if the order is already in production. All print sales are final. Please contact us if you need to cancel your order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Processing a cancelation refund can take up to 7-10 business days

Payment
All prices listed are in US dollars. Stripe is our shopping cart merchant. Credit cards are accepted, and we offer Apple Pay and Google Pay. Afterpay also gives you an option for 4 interest-free payments.
Shipping of Original Art
Due to the numerous options and variables in shipping original art. We will contact you after the purchase has completed to make arrangements and advise you of any additional charges. Example a large, framed piece is likely to require crating while an unmounted paper or canvas piece can be rolled and mailed. Signatures will be required for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipping
Marnie McNamara, McNamara Gallery, and the Marnie S McNamara Revocable Trust are not responsible for shipment misdirection/loss due to incorrect shipping information or courier error, delays or damages. All works shipped by Marnie McNamara, McNamara Gallery and the Marnie S McNamara Revocable Trust will be insured. Please inspect your order at time of delivery. Contact us immediately if the painting is damaged upon arrival.
